Chutter Beer Fondue

Ingredients:

  • Splash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 cup Lager or beer of choice
(choose something flavorful, not a light beer)
  • Assorted dippers
  • Splash Hot sauce

Instructions:

On stovetop, combine lager, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce in saucepan over medium heat until it gently bubbles.
② Add Chutter® and stir until smooth.
③ Remove from heat. Serve immediately in fondue pot, chafing dish, or warm cast iron skillet.

Tip: This fondue can be customized by adding bacon pieces, green onions, minced garlic, mustard, pancetta, diced apples, etc.
