Since 1972 I bring in the New Year with a Chutter Cheese fondue. I was very disappointed when our local Wegmans stopped carrying it. My mother first created this fondue from a recipe from Hickory farms. I have very fond memory's of this.
1 Cup of water
lb. Chutter Cheese
1 pk. Leek soup
dip bread sticks, vegetables or crackers. The left over fondue can be made into a terrific cheese soup.
