Chutter Veggie Quiche

 Chutter Veggie Quiche
>Prep Time: 10 min  |  Cook Time: 40 min  |  Servings: 10 


Ingredients:

  • 1 box frozen spinach, thawed
    & squeezed dry OR
    2 cups
    fresh spinach
  • 1 Refrigerated pie crust,
    room temperature
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup roasted red peppers, chopped

  • ½ cup half-and-half

  • Eggs
  • ¼ cup diced onion

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°. Place crust in 9-inch pie plate and crimp edges.
② Spread Chutter® over bottom of crust. Top with onion, spinach and peppers.
③ In medium bowl, whisk eggs, half-and-half, and garlic. Pour egg mixture into pie plate and top with cheddar cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
