Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
|
- 1 1/4 cup All purpose flour
|
|
|
- 1/2 cup Packed brown sugar
|
|
Instructions:
① Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray. Using a hand mixer, cream butter, peanut butter, and both sugars. Mix in egg and vanilla. Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt.
② When combined, measure out dough into 1 tbsp scoops into muffin pan. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until lightly brown.
③ As soon as they are removed from the over, press fudge squares into each. Optional: drizzle melted peanut butter over top. Cool and enjoy!
