Buffalo Blue Chicken Monkey Bread

2 (7.5oz.) cans

Refrigerated biscuits

2 cups

Chicken, cooked and shredded

1 cup

Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

1/2 cup

Buffalo Wing Sauce

1/4 cup

Butter, melted

4 Tablespoons

Ranch dressing


Preheat oven to 375°. In bowl, mix together chicken, shredded cheese, wing sauce, and Creamery Reserve Buffalo Blue. (Can microwave Buffalo Blue for 30-60 seconds until it is very soft so it mixes easier). Cut or separate each biscuit into 4 pieces. Flatten and stretch biscuit pieces with hands. Spoon small amount of filling into dough and close ends, being careful to seal completely. Repeat until all biscuit dough has been filled and formed into balls. Cooking spray or lightly grease a Bundt pan. Drizzle 3-4 Tablespoons of buffalo sauce on bottom of pan. Repeat with 4 Tablespoons of Ranch Dressing. Dip dough balls in melted butter and place in Bundt pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Invert Bundt pan on plate or serving dish. Serve immediately.
