Shipping and Return Policy
Order Lead Time
We have a 10 business-day lead time on all orders. If we are able to ship your order sooner, we will do so. We generally ship only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Method of Shipping
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We must have the physical street address. We do not ship internationally.
We ship using UPS (United Parcel Service). In order for our products to arrive to you in optimum condition, we ship so our products are in transit for a maximum of two days. During warmer months and in warmer climates, we ship only one-day.
The map below shows ground delivery transit days from our factory.
Mid-May to mid-September:
If the Ship To address is outside of the 1-day ground zone, the shipment must be expedited to UPS Next Day Air.
Mid-September to mid-May:
If the Ship To address is outside of the 1- or 2-day ground zone, the shipment must be expedited to UPS 2nd Day Air.
If your order is $50 or more, ground shipping is free (to one address).
If your order is less than $50, ground shipping is $5.00 (to one address).
If an order requires expedited shipping such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air delivery, the customer pays the cost of the upgrade from Ground shipping.
